Claims Advisor

We have an amazing opportunity to join our Claims team as a Claims Advisor

Our Claims team are experts at keeping Customers’ lives moving and their homes happy as they are responsible for taking calls from our customers who need make a claim when they need us the most.

To help us make sure we continue to deliver first-class Customer service, we’re on the lookout for committed and caring individuals, who are willing to go the extra mile.

You will be speaking to our customers and taking initial claims calls. This role covers a variety of tasks. Our focus is on making the experience feel effortless for the customer and put them at the heart of what we do.

We are recruiting for full time positions and you will be required to work shifts between 7am - 10pm Monday - Sunday.

We need to be there for our customers but don’t worry, you won’t be working every weekend, it will be 2 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 4 Sundays.
