Customer Sales Representative – HomeServe Installations - Leeds

We are recruiting!

Customer Sales Representatives at our Leeds office at 3310 Century Way, Thorpe Park, LS15 8ZB

Shifts are between 8.00am – 9.00pm Monday – Friday including a weekend rota (Saturday & Sunday)

We are located next to the new vibrant Springs Retail and leisure destination and with direct transport links to Leeds city centre, an exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an expanding global business as a Customer Sales Representative.

A little bit about us...

 With full industry leading training and an opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications, you will use your skills as a Sales Executive along with the very latest video calling technology to promote and sell branded, market leading central heating products to both new and existing customers.

With fully pre-qualified appointments booked by your colleagues, you will speak to predominantly existing HomeServe customers about upgrading their central heating systems.

Managing your own time and diary, you will use effective questioning to understand your customers requirements, enabling you to provide them with recommendations to suit their right lifestyle and needs.

What will you do in the role?

  • You will manage your time and diary ensuring regular, planned and timely contact with your customers
  • Complete heating survey appointments using the video survey application
  • Accurately record details of appointment outcomes
  • Plan and manage your customer prospect portfolio in order to achieve target conversions
  • Provide quotations for new and upgraded heating systems
  • Adhere to company policies and sales procedures

 What do we need from you?

  • Already you will have experience of direct sales, in a contact centre or face to face environment.
  • Tech savvy to a basic level, able to navigate e-mail, word, excel
  • You will need to be a strong communicator with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer focus - Committed to treating customers in a fair and consistent way
  • You will be people focused, able to work co-operatively as part of a team
  • You will have a proven ability to manage yourself in achievement of objectives or targets
